Requirements
- Develop, suggest and execute Business Development strategies to expand the company’s client base.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Manage and grow new and existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify market trends and new opportunities within the banking services industry.
- Collaborate with internal team to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Lead sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with key stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures to influence decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance and market activity.
