Job Description
The Data Analytics Manager will structure the analytics area, define processes and methodologies, and promote a data-driven culture. They will create and implement a data governance framework, develop reports and dashboards, and engage with areas to prioritize KPIs and define business direction.
Requirements
- Structures the analytics area, defining processes, methodologies, and operational models.
- Creates and implements the data governance framework, establishing policies, standards, and procedures for quality, KPIs, and security.
- Promotes a data-driven culture, ensuring data literacy and autonomy for areas to use information.
- Defines and monitors metrics and indicators aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develops reports and dashboards that generate relevant insights for business areas.
- Engages and trains areas in the use of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), through training and support.
- Acts collaboratively, interacting with different areas to prioritize KPIs and define business direction
