Contract IT Support Engineer (US Shift)

Findem is a talent data platform that combines 3D data with AI. We are seeking a Contract IT Support Engineer to support and scale our global IT operations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of IT support or systems support experience
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Windows laptops
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Administration
• Experience with MDM tools (Rippling, Intune, Jamf, Kandji)
• Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
