Job Description
FINNs Autoabo is seeking a Customer Advisor to be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, guiding them through the car subscription process. The role involves advising customers individually, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth and customer loyalty within a dynamic startup environment. The company offers sustainable mobility solutions and collaborates with manufacturers and investors.
Requirements
- Enjoy customer contact
- Experience in customer consulting, customer sales or customer service (preferred)
- Customer-oriented and independent problem solver
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Fluent in German
- Proficient in English
