The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and leading the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ).
- Develop scalable and secure solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Oversee data migration strategies, ETL processes, and data quality initiatives.
- Implement Salesforce Shield, encryption, and audit trail for compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Establish governance frameworks for multi-org strategy and release management.
- Optimize performance for large data volumes and complex automation.
- Design and implementation Salesforce Revenue advance cloud.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Translate business processes into Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.
- Design workflows, approval processes, and automation aligned with business needs.
- Ensure functional validation and UAT readiness for all Salesforce features.
- Support change management initiatives, including training and adoption strategies.
- Provide guidance on industry-specific Salesforce solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).
- Align Salesforce capabilities with business KPIs and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance).
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce development teams.
- Communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare solution blueprints, technical specifications, and executive presentations.
- Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Integration experience with APIs and middleware.
- Expertise in data modeling, integration patterns, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, or Revenue Cloud
- Experience working within cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Strong system documentation skills (ERDs, process flows, sequence diagrams, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable integration patterns with external systems
- Experience working in Agile project methodologies, including estimation and planning across multi-disciplinary teams
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer
