Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Global Operations Trainer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about making a measurable impact. The trainer will be at the forefront of onboarding new talent, driving upskilling initiatives, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience with Global Operations
- Strong knowledge of Global Operations processes (Canada Data SD or US Verifications SD)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Collaborative in approach and excellent in planning and organizing schedules
- Strong ownership & accountability
