We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to find, recruit, and close top tier talent for First Street. The ideal candidate is excited about team building, process building, contributing to broader People initiatives, and working at a growth stage company.
Requirements
- Manage the entire recruiting process from role kick off to closing
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership teams on hiring strategy, talent market trends, interview design, and candidate calibration
- Build a pipeline of candidates through a variety of inbound and outbound sourcing channels
- Help refine and scale recruiting processes, interview practices, and talent operations as the company grows
- Drive searches across highly specialized and competitive talent markets, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini
- Conduct recruiter screens, assessing for company stage and mission alignment as well as domain expertise
- Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
- Obsess over exceptional candidate experience
- Serve as an expert-user on our internal recruiting tools and processes
- Maintain strong data integrity in Ashby
- Work out of the NYC HQ at least 3x per week
