Job Description
FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The position involves daily store operations, leading and developing employees, managing customer relationships, maximizing financial goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role offers commission-based pay based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, etc.).
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable with firearms and obtain certifications.
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
