Patient Financial Advocate

Join our team as a Patient Financial Advocate and make a difference in the lives of patients. As a Patient Financial Advocate, you will be responsible for screening patients for eligibility assistance programs and providing support and assistance to help them navigate their financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years' experience in medical coding, medical billing, eligibility, or other pertinent medical experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
