Job Description
Provide first level support to FIS clients for initial engagement through issue documentation and logging. Assist with ensuring accurate and timely client assistance to maintain customer relationships. Interact with multiple teams to restore service and/or identify core problems as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or technical field
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
- Previous Helpdesk or Customer Service Experience
