As a Product Support Representative Senior, you will work with FIS' major retail banking clients to provide in-depth product support. You will work with financial theory and risk management methodologies, analyze and solve client issues, and interact between client, development, sales and product management.
Requirements
- Banking and Financial Industry experience
- Risk and Liability Management experience strongly preferred
- FRM/PRM/CFA certification
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge (SQL DBs, Web Apps on IIS, AWS/Azure Cloud, Splunk, etc.)
- Knowledge of FIS products and services a plus
