Major Incident Management SRT

Fiserv is seeking a Major Incident Management SRT associate to join the FICC team. The successful candidate will work high-pressure situations as the Lead Major Incident Manager and ensure timely and safe service restoration actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incident management and response
• 2+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira for managing release and incident tickets
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and Kibana
