IT Manager, End User Experience

Fiskars Group is looking for an IT Manager, End User Experience to shape and improve the overall end-user IT experience by serving as the connection point between IT teams, business stakeholders, and employees. The role will involve leading clear and consistent IT communications, owning Knowledge Management within the ITSM platform, and strengthening trust in the IT services.

Requirements

• Own and develop the IT communications framework, principles, and guidelines
• Plan and execute communications related to IT services, incidents, changes, and projects
• Ensure timely, clear, and audience-appropriate communication during major incidents and service disruptions
• Support change management by enabling effective communication for IT changes and new solutions
• Coordinate IT communication across multiple channels
• Translate complex IT and cyber security topics into clear, user-friendly messages
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Measure and continuously improve the effectiveness of IT communications
• Manage the Knowledge Management process within the ITSM platform
• Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge articles and standards
• Partner with IT support teams
