Growth Product Lead - Fitness App

Fitt Talent Partners is seeking a Growth Product Lead to own the strategy, experience, and growth of a consumer fitness app. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in consumer apps, digital products, growth, or a related field and possess strong business acumen with experience using data to drive decisions and communicate performance.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in consumer apps, digital products, growth, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead a digital product or consumer-facing business with measurable results
• Strong business acumen with experience using data to drive decisions and communicate performance
• Experience working cross-functionally across technology, marketing, and business development teams
• Familiarity with app ecosystems, subscription models, and digital consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to keep multiple work streams moving
• Experience pursuing or managing strategic partnerships is a plus
• Background in product management, consumer marketing, or digital growth is a plus but not required
• Passion for fitness, movement, and performance-driven brands
• Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with teams across the organization
• Global perspective and understanding differences in various global markets is a plus
