Lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and achieve customer service score goals. Partner with store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members. Responsible for front-end operations, merchandising, and store maintenance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through personal contact, train crew on customer service, lead front-end operations, and maintain store cleanliness.
Requires excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and creative thinking. Must be able to maintain composure under pressure and work a flexible schedule.
