Job Description
Fivetran is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise - Strategic Expansion to join its Japan business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of existing customers, driving customer adoption, and expanding the business through strategic expansion. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise AE roles, and be a native Japanese speaker with strong professional English skills.
Requirements
- Native Japanese speaker with strong professional English skills
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise AE roles
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional personal integrity and customer centricity
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proven negotiation experience
- Experience with CRM and forecasting tools
- Comfort working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with data platforms, ETL, analytics, or engineering teams
- Ability to travel domestically as customer needs require
