We're looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Flagstone Foods. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing short and long-term strategies and plans that maximize volume and profitability for assigned customers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or higher from an accredited university
- 5+ years customer marketing/product/category management experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) food environment
- Applicable knowledge of syndicated data (Circana) and market research techniques
- Strong business and financial acumen; previous P&L management experience/exposure highly preferred
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines and communicate effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Ability to drive results with and through others is key to success in this role
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with all cross-functional team members
- High comfort level with ambiguity and change
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
