Weâre looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to serve as the key link between our Marketing and Sales teams, bringing the Voice of the Customer into the organization and representing the Voice of our Brands in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Lead the development of an integrated promotional and activations calendar
- Develop customer/channel strategies in collaboration with Sales
- Manage customer marketing budgets
- Development of selling stories, category reviews decks, and best practices
- Champion new product market entry and execution
- Attend sales and customers meetings to represent the voice of our brands
- Engage with Marketing to provide the voice of sales in strategic initiatives
- Assist in planning, development and presentation of sales & brand materials
- Partner with Category Management to identify research opportunities and develop category 4Ps strategy
- Provide input and customer centric perspective on brand performance
- Develop merchandising materials to improve brand visibility and drive trial across key customers
