Job Description
Perceptyx is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. The role is crucial in supporting customer-obsessed strategies focused on awareness, adoption, retention, and expansion. The Customer Marketing Manager will be instrumental in elevating the voice of Perceptyx's customers and ensuring they realize maximum value from the platform.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B environment
- Bachelor's Degree (4-year) required
- Proven experience building advocacy programs and managing multi-channel engagement
- Ability to translate customer insights and data into compelling narratives
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and other digital marketing tools
