We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale a customer marketing program that drives expansion, growth, and long-term customer value. The ideal candidate will have experience in building or scaling customer marketing programs in a B2B SaaS environment and will be able to drive measurable customer expansion, upsell, or retention outcomes.
