Job Description
Flagstone Foods is seeking a National Accounts Manager to lead sales efforts for their Emerald Brand. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of direct sales experience, advanced knowledge of retail grocery, and strong existing relationships with US Retail chains. The position requires frequent travel to assigned customers and involves building and fostering effective customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of direct sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of retail grocery
- Strong existing relationships with US Retail chains
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and articulate fact-based sales opportunities
- Exceptional sales skills including negotiation, account management, account penetration, strategic selling, and category management
