Requirements

• Proven track record in strategic account management, customer success, or consultative sales within the B2B SaaS industry
• Expertise in managing complex customer relationships, securing renewals, and driving organic growth within large enterprise accounts
• Passion for helping companies keep their customers, employees, and infrastructure safe from cyber and physical threats
