Job Description
The Inside Sales Associate will develop business opportunities for Flat Branch Home Loans through appointment setting, hitting revenue targets, and responding to customer inquiries. The candidate must work locally in one of our Columbia, MO locations.
Requirements
- Pass the National NMLS test and obtain an NMLS license and the required state licensing.
- Be a phone animal: willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone.
- Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business and equally rigorous follow up with leads in your pipeline.
