SVP Chief Credit Officer

Flatirons Bank seeks a SVP Chief Credit Officer to oversee credit and loan administration teams, responsible for credit policy, CECL calculation, and loan portfolio quality.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in credit and loan administration teams
• Advanced experience in credit analysis, loan administration, and employee management
• Intermediate knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations
• Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Office products
• Strong reasoning and writing skills
• Strong math skills
• Effective, written and interpersonal communication skills
