
Job description
The Application Support Analyst will provide production support service to users of applications within the business, enabling needed business processes to be successful. This position is responsible for providing the highest quality application production support to business partners.
Handle ITSM, ServiceNow tickets, incoming queries, tickets, and help with requests from end users, troubleshoot user and system related application and software productions problems, and escalate as appropriate.
Must be detail oriented, organized, service oriented and responsible, with strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills, professional communication and customer service skills, and strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
