Requirements
- At least 5 years' sales leadership experience managing a sales-focussed team, ideally with regional coverage.
- Proven ability to lead with impact, driving success and delivering results, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical expertise to access market trends and develop strategic regional plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and operational finance.
- Build strong customer partnerships with key decision makers with the ability to influence decisions through innovative solutions and customer-centric thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy and confident using Salesforce and digital platforms to optimize performance, track metrics to provide insights that influence decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with practical experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the building products or manufacturing industries or similar is an advantage.
