Fletcher Jones Imports is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on compliance, employee experience, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7 years of progressive HR experience
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple HR functions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• HRIS experience required
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred
