We are seeking a Lead Follow-Up Specialist to support our sales and admissions efforts by following up with inbound leads and coordinating tours with our assisted living communities.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Experience working with US-based clients or customers
- Previous experience in lead follow-up, inside sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy
- Comfortable handling frequent phone-based interactions
