Job Description
Fliff is hiring a Recruiter (EU) to support continued growth across engineering and key business functions. The role will involve full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and building strong pipelines across technical and non-technical roles.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Comfortable owning roles independently and moving searches forward without heavy oversight
- Recruited for technical roles and can confidently partner with engineering leaders
- Adaptable, organized, and steady under shifting priorities
- Enjoy building and improving processes, even when they're not fully defined yet
