Teamleider (m/v/d)

We are looking for a hands-on Teamleider who leads by example and guides orderpickers and riders. You will be responsible for service, productivity, and safety during your shift, and contribute to the delivery of orders within minutes.

Requirements

• Hands-on team lead experience
• Experience in logistics, retail, and/or catering sector
• Ability to remain calm and motivate team members
• Availability for at least 24 hours
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
