Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on Mid-Market & Enterprise customers (1,000–5,000+ employees) and a strong track record in winning new logos.
- You're a true hunter - new business is your passion and strength.
- You're known for consistently exceeding your sales targets.
- You navigate complex buying centers with ease, collaborating with stakeholders from HR, IT, Communications, and the C-level.
- You manage sales cycles in a structured and strategic way - using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
- You’re fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills at the executive level (written and verbal).
- You value face-to-face connection and are open to traveling for key team events, QBRs, or customer meetings.
