Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Commercial mindset with ability to model attrition costs and justify comp uplifts with data
• Proven track record of developing managers and senior leaders
• Data & AI fluency with experience using HRIS platforms, spreadsheet modelling, and AI tools
• International employment expertise with experience with EOR structures, multi-jurisdiction benefits, and international employment frameworks
• Scale-up stage experience with knowledge of what breaks first
• Solid working knowledge of German labour law
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
