Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in an international high-growth SaaS or tech environment
- Commercial mindset with ability to model attrition costs and justify comp uplifts with data
- Proven track record of developing managers and senior leaders
- Data & AI fluency with experience using HRIS platforms, spreadsheet modelling, and AI tools
- International employment expertise with experience with EOR structures, multi-jurisdiction benefits, and international employment frameworks
- Scale-up stage experience with knowledge of what breaks first
- Solid working knowledge of German labour law
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
