Account Executive - Field Sales

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Field Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing Sales team. This is a hands-on, consultative role that combines pipeline ownership with in-person meetings. You’ll own the full sales cycle for your territory - from prospecting and first outreach through discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales or business development, ideally in field sales / territory management
• Track record of building own outbound pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets
• Confidence running consultative conversations - asking the right questions, listening well, and connecting product value to business outcomes
• Highly organised and self-directed, with ability to plan territory, manage time, and follow up without needing constant direction
• Commercially savvy and comfortable discussing pricing, ROI, and contract terms
