Customer Service Agent for electric vehicle charging network FLO, responsible for providing high-quality service to B2B and B2C customers, diagnosing and resolving level 1 troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in any relevant field
• At least two years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent French and English communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Master's degree in Microsoft Office suite and ease in a highly computerized work environment
• Ability to perform level 1 diagnostics and navigate efficiently in various technological tools
