Requirements

• Post-secondary education in any relevant field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent French and English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ease in a highly automated work environment
• Ability to perform level 1 diagnostics and navigate efficiently through various technological tools
