As a Client Representative, you will be the voice of FLO and create memorable experiences. You will act as a true ambassador for the brand with our users and partners, offering high-quality service in the field of electric vehicle charging stations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in any relevant field
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication in French and English, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ease in a highly computerized work environment
• Ability to perform Level 1 diagnostics and navigate efficiently in various technological tools
