We are looking for a Client Experience Representative to join our team at FLO, a leading provider of electric vehicle charging networks in North America. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in any relevant field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent French and English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to perform Level 1 diagnostics and navigate efficiently in different technological tools
