Join our team as a Territory Manager, covering the Northeast region, selling innovative sterile surgical covers and infection control solutions to healthcare facilities. Manage existing accounts, drive new business, provide in-service training, and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 2+ years of medical device sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of hospital account management and proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficient in managing and organizing a full pipeline, including different priorities, accounts, and opportunities
- Self-driven individual capable of operating independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; articulate, detail-oriented, empathetic, and a relationship builder
- Ability to travel throughout territory parameters, including overnight and occasional weekend travel throughout the assigned territory and at times other locations in the US to support business needs
Benefits
- Compensation: $60-75k base, $180k+ uncapped first year earnings
- Commission structure: uncapped commission paid out monthly + weekly salary
