Florence Healthcare is seeking a Bilingual Jr. Customer Support Associate to provide support to customers in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, a Bachelor's degree, and 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in health tech or SaaS environments.

- Experience in SaaS environments and proficiency in navigating multiple technical platforms
- Zendesk or similar experience
