We are looking for a Director of Outbound Sales to drive an effective integrated inbound and outbound SDR motion for our growing Life sciences software business. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day work activities of the global SDR team, experiment with new ideas, and motivate and direct the team to drive process and performance. The Director will also assess our software tools, collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams, and provide key insights to sales team leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of related work experience
- 5+ years in a lead/management role
- 5+ years in an inbound/outbound SDR environment for SaaS software
- Leadership experience
- Ability to work remotely, independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
- Ability to produce quality content (ppt etc) to be consumed by leaders at Florence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent self-taught learning capabilities to master new technologies and tools
- Proficient in SF.com and other tools like Pardot, 6sense, Salesloft
- Demonstrated ability to manage other team members
