Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Pipeline expertise: You have a deep understanding of both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies and a history of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
- The 'Coach' mentality: A passion for talent development
- Operational rigor: You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to tell a story, identify bottlenecks, and forecast future performance
- Exceptional communication: The ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level while remaining approachable and inspiring to entry-level hires
- Adaptability: Experience navigating the complexities of a fast-scaling company, with the ability to pivot strategies as market conditions or product offerings evolve
