Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer calls from providers and members, providing resolution for questions about benefits, claims and eligibility, and documenting notes of each call.
Requirements
- 0-1 years related work experience
- Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional phone voice and etiquette
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
