Customer Service Rep I

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound customer calls, provide resolution for questions about benefits, claims and eligibility, and ensure adherence to customer service metrics.

Requirements

• 0-1 years related work experience
• Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional phone voice and etiquette
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
