Customer Service Rep I

Customer Service Representative responsible for handling inbound customer calls from providers and members, providing resolution for questions about benefits, claims and eligibility, and documenting notes of each call.

Requirements

• 0-1 years related work experience
• Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional phone voice and etiquette
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
