Job Description
BIM project management and coordination, technical support, cost planning, BIM training, management and supervision of Project BIM Teams operation, research and implementation of advanced BIM software technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Surveying or equivalent academic qualification
- Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling or CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator or equivalent professional qualification
- HKIBIM Certified BIM Expert or Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 1 year should be in managerial level in a BIM Team
- Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and building construction projects
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
- Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
- Good knowledge of BIM software
