The Compensation Specialist will advise on, develop, and manage Flutter's global job and pay architecture, including pay benchmarking, global pay equity, and transparency strategy. The role focuses on data accuracy, process compliance, and developing expertise in job architecture and compensation analysis.
Requirements
- Early career experience within a Reward, HR or analytical role
- Data collection, analysis and reporting
- Supporting policy and process implementation
- Responding to routine stakeholder queries
- Supporting project delivery activities
- Working with HR systems and databases
- Working knowledge of job evaluation principles and compensation benchmarking processes
- Competent Excel skills with developing abilities in data analysis and visualisation techniques
- Basic knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) with ability to run reports, extract data and understand job catalogue processes
- Understanding of policy and process documentation requirements
- Awareness of reward trends and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn from senior colleagues
