The Patient Advocacy Specialist is responsible for the patient experience while at the facility. This role involves monitoring patient feedback, providing support to various departments, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring excellent patient care. They will collect data from the Press Ganey and HCAHPS surveys, analyze complaints and commendations, and provide personalized guidance to support the hospital's mission of service.
