2nd Line Technical Analyst (Out of Hours - Nights/Weekends)

2nd Line Technical Analyst to support clients with Microsoft technologies, working shifts outside of standard hours.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in 2nd line support or project delivery
• Support and project delivery knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Associate or Expert)
