Requirements
- Support daily kitchen operations and lead during service
- Execute seasonal menus with consistency and creativity
- Train and mentor line cooks and prep team
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Collaborate with FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience
