Job Description
This role combines creativity and leadership, balancing operational excellence with attention to detail. As a Bar Manager at Tallow Steakhouse, you'll oversee every aspect of bar performance, develop signature cocktails, manage inventory and costs, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
- Food Manager Certification
- Deep knowledge of classic cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.
- Strong understanding of financials, scheduling, and operational systems.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
- Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and team performance effectively.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
